How Often Should I Exfoliate?

If your skin in oily, that means twice a week; use a chemical exfoliator such as a moisturizer containing alpha hydroxy of glycolic acid. If your skin is dry or sensitive, or if you have mild acne, use a scrub containing small grains once a week. Whatever you apply, go easy, rubbing lightly in a circular motion.
